• Format: All digital products are delivered electronically as downloadable files (PDF, MP3, etc.). No physical product will be shipped unless otherwise stated.

• Accuracy: We make every effort to describe and display products accurately. Prices and details may change without notice.

• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Coaching Services (Lead Sheet Test Drive + Lesson Packages)

When you purchase coaching services (including but not limited to the Lead Sheet Test Drive and multi-lesson packages), you are agreeing to the following terms:

• Session Format: Sessions are conducted online via Zoom and are 45 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.

• Scheduling Window: Packages must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after that time.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and not refunded.

• No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice (no-shows) are not refundable or transferable.

• Technical Issues: If a session cannot be completed due to technical problems on my end (internet, platform, etc.), I will reschedule at no additional cost. Technical issues on your end may result in forfeiture of the session.

• Refunds: Coaching services are non-refundable once purchased. Please be sure you can commit to the time frame and requirements before booking.

• Eligibility: Coaching services are intended for harpists aged 18 and older. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Privacy

Your information (name, email, payment details) is used solely to deliver your products or services, process payments, and provide service updates.

We work with trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, TidyCal, Systeme.io) to handle secure payments and scheduling.

We will never sell or share your information. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inability to access products or services caused by factors outside our control (including internet outages, platform downtime, or technical issues).

Age Requirement

Our services and products are intended for adult harpists (18+) only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
